We have experience with throughput, quality or efficiency results falling short of predicted expectations for a new launch or something has changed and a previously successful process or operation starts to be plagued with delivery, efficiency, or quality performance issues.​

Our Methods

Our experience â€‹gathering data, problem solving and accountability to drive actions get's results.

Instead of the "ready, FIRE, aim" approach, we progress through: observe, classify, measure, sequence, infer, predict, and communicate.  Using decades of experience, we gather data with focused shop floor tools and create a simple dashboard that displays all of the following at a glance:

1) The process performance goal
2) Daily performance for the current month
3) Issues that impact process performance
4) Issue occurrence or impact
5) Daily accumulated issue occurrence to form a Pareto diagram
6) Prior month's performance to track improvement

Using technical problem solving and daily accountability meetings allows us to track the improvements to the desired result on the dashboard.  We're happy to stay until every known opportunity has been acted on.  However, since we're essentially training as we go, once the heavy lifting is done, we can (if they prefer) leave the client with a convergence plan that contains all of the remaining opportunities and allow them to use their awareness of our methods to engage in continuous improvement.
